Deadlines for Receipt of Applications

The Trustees normally meet four times a year in January, April, July and October.

The deadlines for submitting an application to the remaining meetings in 2017 are:

Monday 26 June by 5.00pm – for the July meeting
Wednesday 20 September by 5.00pm – for the October meeting


Please note the deadline dates are provisional and subject to change.

Applications are not acknowledged. If you wish to know that your application has been received, please send a stamped addressed envelope with the application.

We are not able to advise whether or not your application will make the final agenda for the meeting. If you do not hear further from us within two weeks following the date of a meeting, your application has unfortunately not been successful. We regret that we are unable to provide any feedback regarding unsuccessful applications.
