The Harold Hyam Wingate Foundation considers applications for grants from Charitable Organisations.
We do NOT fund Gap Year, Duke of Edinburgh Award, Operation Rayleigh, Capital projects, or faith based activities.
Please be aware that the Wingate Foundation is a small Trust and therefore cannot consider approaches from large Charities who are well represented on the High Street, including local branch offices of large organisations.

The provisional dates of Trustee Meetings for the financial year from 6th April 2012 to 5th April 2013 are:-
Friday, 4th May, 2012 - the deadline for receipt of applications is Monday, 16th April 2012.
Tuesday, 10th July, 2012 - the deadline for receipt of applications is Friday, 22nd June 2012.
Tuesday, 2nd October, 2012 - the deadline for receipt of applications is Friday, 14th September, 2012
Tuesday, 15th January, 2013 - the deadline for receipt of applications is Friday, 7th December, 2012
Please note these dates are provisional and are subject to change.
We are not able to advise whether or not your application will make the final agenda for the meeting. If you do not hear further from us within two weeks following the date of a meeting, your application has unfortunately not been successful.
I am afraid that we do not provide any feedback regarding unsuccessful applications.
If you wish to know that your application has been received, please send a stamped addressed envelope.
Applications for grants for individuals will NOT be considered by the Trustees.
Applications by organisations which award scholarships or bursaries are eligible and will be considered by The Harold Hyam Wingate Foundation.
